Activision already has dedicated servers being set-up for Black-Ops on PC, so I don't see why they can't just add a few more and have Wii owners use the same system of servers. Dedis are usually user run, actually. There are usually very few company-hosted servers, and they're often completely generic. The only possible downside I could see is lag.
