Yeah I literally came on to reddit to check if there were issues. I play from Singapore and at some point my loading screen took forever when I was porting somewhere. Force closed and couldn't log in for a good 30minutes. Finally logged in and now my skills take about 2 seconds to go off.

Their support is very helpful I once got my account back with only having the cd key and character name and email they were quick at verifying me.
Have you checked your hard drive for errors? Have you deleted the GW2 temp folder? Have you tried deleting the local.dat?
I got the spinning login circle of doom, then did a flushdns and made sure the GW2 processes weren't running. Reopened the game and exercised patience (for once). It eventually logged me in and I'm standing in the PvP lobby :) It turns out that my antivirus, Bitdefender, was blocking certain websites that were hosing javascripts used for the login forms, making the form fail on submission. I tried to add them as exclusions but I think there's too many URLs to add (or the free edition of Bitdefender doesn't handle exclusions very well) so I ended up just uninstalling Having log issues for the past 3 hours as well. Location is Central NJ. It seems to affect mostly changing zones directly. If I go through the Guild Hall or some other instance it seems to work better.
SEA. same. Exitlag not working out for me right now. Yep, SEA also. Can’t login to GW2. GW2 wiki not loading either, and Epic Games login is also fried. Probably something with AWS or the routing there. I'm still facing the network issues from SEA.
