My guess is that the producers did find a dead mouse in the restaurant. They wanted to make it more dramatic so they moved the dead mouse to the entrance. Gordon genuinely saw the mouse and got offended at being accused it was planted because he didn't do anything - the producers did.

Hells Kitchen seems to be giving more frequent product placement gifts to winners than in previous seasons. And he’s currently got several cooking shows (5 off the top of my head: MasterChef, Hells Kitchen, Next Level Chef, Food Stars, Kitchen Nightmares) running in the US plus who knows what in other countries, and his travel shows and Kitchen Nightmares, like all reality TV, is heavily edited. Yes we see them blowing up but context could very well be omitted. It's well documented that there is intentional sabotage on the show, either in the form of the production team creating drama and slowing down the kitchen, or real life customers who want to be on TV and intentionally Back in 2018, Oceana Grill, one of the few featured restaurants that is still open, sued Ramsay and the producers of Kitchen Nightmares claiming defamation. The restaurant claimed that footage of Ramsay vomiting after opening a bin of shrimp and discovering dead mice in the restaurant were staged to create more drama in the show. After nearly a decade off the air, Fox announced on Monday that New episodes of “Kitchen Nightmares” premiere on Fox Mondays at 8/7c p.m. Read Next Fox Execs Bet on Scripted Shows by Focusing on Launch Strategy During Strikes If you don't already know this show is fake, then I have a bridge to sell you. But hey, you don't have to watch one whole episode of the show to find out it's fake. People who have been on the show will save you the time and just tell you. Like Nina Wyatt of Schafer's Bar and Grill, who said the crew fed them lines. Gordon Ramsay reigns over ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ the reality competition series. We see eighteen aspiring chefs, who are divided into groups of two. Ramsay gives them numerous cooking challenges, and they have to attempt to win the grand prize. Over the seasons, the show’s only grown more popular with Ramsay’s antics, and the celebrity chef The restaurants are real and do actually need help. Everything in between we don't know. The difference is night and day between the Gordon narrated UK one and the "*EXPLOSION* TONIGHT!!! ON KITCHEN NIGHTMARES: GORDON MEETS THE MOST STUBBORN OWNER EVER!!! *EXPLOSION, DISHES SHATTERING, WOMAN SHRIEKS*" weirdness but I'd be lying if I said I hadn QsW6j.
